This policy applies to purchases made on TrabsEnterprises, including digital products delivered globally and physical items sold locally within Trinidad & Tobago.
2. Digital Products (Delivered Globally)
However, if you experience a delivery issue (e.g., you did not receive the item or it cannot be accessed due to a system error on our end), contact us and we will investigate and assist.

3. Physical Products (Sold Only in Trinidad & Tobago)
Return conditions
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Item includes original packaging (where applicable)
- Proof of purchase/order number is provided
Not eligible for return
- Used/opened items
- Items returned damaged due to improper handling
- Items missing parts/accessories not due to our error
4. Return Process

- Follow the return instructions we provide.
- Return shipping (if applicable) may be at the customer’s expense unless the issue is due to our error.

How long do I have to return a physical item?
Within 5 days of delivery (Trinidad & Tobago only), if return conditions are met.
