- Order # + email used at checkout
- Confirmation of billing name
- A quick message from your account email
- For bank transfers: proof of payment (receipt)
We will NEVER ask for:
- Your password or OTP / verification codes
- Full card number (all digits)
- Remote access to your device
- Payment outside official TrabsEnterprises channels
If an order cannot be verified, we may cancel and refund to the original payment method to keep everyone safe.

Can I get a refund on a delivered digital key?
Digital items are typically final once delivered/activated. If there’s a confirmed delivery error on our side, contact support and we’ll investigate.
