Returns & Refunds Policy

Quick Summary: Digital items delivered/activated are generally final. Physical items sold locally may be eligible for return within a defined window if conditions are met.

1. Scope

This policy applies to purchases made on TrabsEnterprises, including digital products delivered globally and physical items sold locally within Trinidad & Tobago.

2. Digital Products (Delivered Globally)

Important: All sales of digital goods (e.g., license keys, software, gift cards, online services) are typically final and non-refundable once delivered and/or activated. This helps protect against misuse and fraud.

However, if you experience a delivery issue (e.g., you did not receive the item or it cannot be accessed due to a system error on our end), contact us and we will investigate and assist.

Digital support cases we can help with case-by-case

  • Non-delivery or incorrect delivery (wrong product sent)
  • Access issues caused by a system error on our side
  • Order flagged for verification (to protect customers)
Note: We cannot issue refunds for digital products due to customer error, change of mind, or redeemed/used/activated codes.

3. Physical Products (Sold Only in Trinidad & Tobago)

Return window: You may request a return within 5 days of delivery, once the item meets the conditions below.

Return conditions

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Item includes original packaging (where applicable)
  • Proof of purchase/order number is provided

Not eligible for return

  • Used/opened items
  • Items returned damaged due to improper handling
  • Items missing parts/accessories not due to our error

4. Return Process

  • Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  • Follow the return instructions we provide.
  • Return shipping (if applicable) may be at the customer’s expense unless the issue is due to our error.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days after inspection/confirmation.
